  • I can’t recommend Jessie enough! She was amazing to work with, encouraging, knowledgeable and was always available to answer my millions of questions. My daughter was cat napping throughout the day, waking multiple times a night and each day was just a blur.     Jessie has literally changed our lives! Being an anxious mum, I was worried about teaching our little one how to self-settle and how long it would take. Going from hourly wakes at night and needing to be rocked back to sleep, and only sleeping for one sleep cycle per nap during the day, in only a couple of days she has learnt how to go to sleep and resettle independently, sleeps through the night and barely cries during the process! You’re honestly a miracle worker. Our little one has shown much more energy and personality and I truly think it comes down to being so well rested and because she has developed some independence through the sleep training process.   • I wish I had of engaged Jessie sooner; I cannot rant and rave enough about how much she not only changed my life but saved it. 

    I was at a very dark gloomy point in early motherhood, waking up every hour or 2 each night. I was tired and I was sad; surely it’s not meant to be this way. I went all in with Jessie on my program and couldn’t believe our first night, she almost slept through entirely! Thought it was a fluke but it keep happening and now she sleeps through every night for 12 hours - I had my first full nights sleep in 10 months! 

    If you are considering Jessie, dive in, you deserve the sleep, you’re worth it and I promise you with her by your side, you’ll get PLENTY of zzz. I’ve resumed the fun part of being a mumma now and feel human again. Couldn’t be more grateful

  • I hired Jessie’s services after thinking I was going to die from sleep deprivation, with my 7mo daughter waking anytime between 2-8x a night, every single night. There was no consistency and I had so much anxiety about night time and her sleep. 

    Jessie has been the best person to ask all the sleep questions / scenarios / tips to, so responsive and kind. Her knowledge has helped me be confident to resettle my baby and only feed at age appropriate overnight wakes. Jessie also saw what small tweaks were needed to my baby’s existing daytime routine and with her advice, we went from 2-8x wakes per night, to only 1-2x age appropriate night feeds. This has continued on for over a week now! 

    If you are thinking about hiring sleep help, but not sure whether it’ll be worth it, “what more can they teach me”, “my baby is broken”, please put all that aside and get Jessie on board. You will not be disappointed and wish you’d done this sooner!

I feel like a new woman with the amount of sleep I get now We have had such a hard time trying to get our little one into a good sleep routine, especially with the transition of getting him to sleep in a cot! We have tried and failed numerous times! Jessie is a miracle worker! Her detailed plan was personalised to our issues and goals and was so easy to follow! Within the two weeks of working with Jessie, our baby went from sleeping with us 90% of the time, to sleeping independently in his cot 100% of the time with the skills to self-settle back to sleep if he woke throughout the night.
