What happens after I purchase a sleep guide?

Within 24 hours after purchasing you will get an email with a login and password to access your sleep guide.

What happens after I purchase a sleep bundle?

Once you have purchased a sleep bundle, a questionnaire will land in your inbox within 24 hours. Fill out the questionnaire, and then I will write a sleep plan. If I have any questions, I will contact you on your preferred contact method.

What if I want more information after purchasing the sleep guide on self-settling or resettling?

Message me, I offer discounts when you have already purchased a sleep guide.

What happens if my child gets sick and I need to pause the sleep training?

Message me and I will be able to help you. We don’t want to be making changes to your child’s sleep when they are unwell. We want them to be 100%.

What if I don't understand something in the guide or sleep plan?

My main goal is to be there for you and help you. Message me if you have any questions. I can clarify anything you need.

What sort of parenting styles do you work with?

No matter what your parenting style is, I've got you! If you are a first time mum, 3rd time mum, I can help.

Do I have to leave my baby to cry it out?

I work closely with you to find techniques that suit your parenting style and your child's temperament.

Will I have to stop breastfeeding?

Definitely not!

What do you do?

When purchasing a personalised package, the first step is for me to learn about you and your child. I'll send you a questionnaire to understand your child's sleep situation better. This is all about helping and there's no judgement involved.

After that, I'll create a personalised sleep plan for you. I take a holistic approach and look at the sleep environment to bedtime routines, daytime routines, daytime and nighttime feeds, self-settling methods that match your parenting style and more.

Then it's your turn to make the changes! Depending on the package you chose, you'll send me activity logs for the day and night so I can see how things are going and offer any adjustments needed.
